$250 refundable damage deposit.
Smoking allowed outside only.
To confirm reservation we require first half of rent. The second half of rent and damage deposit is due two weeks prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be promptly refunded in full after guest departure and rental inspection completed.
Sales and Lodging tax applies to all rates.
